Today was great ^_^

Started a 30 day Ab & Squat challenge with manbug. I’m excited to firm and tone my butt!

Eating went well. I’m sore from yesterday’s workout so I made it a point to eat more protein.

Breakfast - Chocolate banana protein smoothie
Snack 1- 1/2 a cup of rice pudding
Lunch - Tuna Casserole
Snack 2 - Protein bar
Snack 3 - cottage cheese with pineapple
Dinner - Salmon and Green Beans

Also drank my 8 cups of water, if not more.

Need to take more snacks to work. Was there late and starving. Thankfully I found the cottage cheese in the fridge I had stored a week ago. Whew! It kept me from eating my coworkers leftover burrito. Lol!

Today was a good day. Worked out this morning and ate well throughout the day. Feeling motivated!
Think I just got tired of being depressed and unhappy. The situation with my mom is not going to change, but I can at least de-stress at the gym. Working out will be beneficial in more ways than one. This is my attempt to take control of myself and my depression, instead of seeking professional help.
